Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRFPM_FTE - New Position Management
Message number: 757
Message text: You are not allowed to execute the workflow; see long text
The following are some of the possible reasons why the workflow could
not be executed:
Your user is not assigned to the person or position that is assigned to
the organizational unit as the person responsible for the position plan.
You created temporary locks for a change in the organisational structure
and have not saved the result. This is why the system cannot determine
the person responsible.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check if your user is assigned to a person or position. Also check if
this person or position is assigned to a superordinate organizational
unit as the person responsible for the position plan. You do this on the
tab page <LS>person responsible for financing</> by choosing the link
<LS>
person responsible for the position plan</>.
Save the current status and repeat the action.
In addition to the person responsible for the position plan, the
administrator for notes in the workflow can also execute the action. The
administrator is defined in Customizing of <ZK>Position Budgeting and
Control</> in the area <ZK>Organizational Management for Public Services
</>.
