  • What causes this issue?

    You have granted leave to an employee via the infotype Personnel
    Action. In spite of the fact the employee is absent within the system,
    the base pattern of the National Health Insurance System cannot
    communicate this absence since the system cannot establish
    correspondance between the absence reasons in the infotype Personnel
    Action and the absence code provided by the National Social Insurance
    Administration (ANSeS).

    System Response

    The base pattern of the National Health Insurance System does not
    communicate the employee absence.

    In the Implementation Guide, check the existing entries in activity
