Flexible Spending Account (health FSA) because you have elected to have
unused amounts from the general purpose health FSA carried over to the

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Enroll in an HSA-compatible FSA plan to which you want to have unused
amounts carried over from the general purpose health FSA. Alternatively,
contact your system administrator.
