module RP_HIRE_FIRE.
Either the <ZK>Actions</> infotype (0000) or the <ZK>Organizational
Assignment</> infotype (0001) cannot be read, or the function module
cannot infer a hire date from the data available on these infotypes.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make sure the authorization profile of your system user allows you to
read the HR master data of the employee in question. If so, make sure
that the date stored on the <ZK>Actions</> infotype (0000) and the
<ZK>Organizational Assignment</> infotype (0001) is consistent with the
hire date algorithm implemented in the function module
<DS:FU.RP_HIRE_FIRE>RP_HIRE_FIRE</>.
