    fulfill this requirement.

    The system does not allow enrollment in the plan.

    How to fix this error?

    Remove the plan &V2& from the selection for the employee &V1&.
    Make sure that the employee also selects those plans that are
    corequisite for the plan &V2& for the same time period as participation
    in &V2& is desired.
    Make sure that the employee selects participation in plan &V2& only for
    the time period during which he/she is already participating in or for
    which he/she has selected all corequisite plans.
