does not fulfill. Participation can begin at earliest on the
eligibility date (the date on which the employee becomes eligible for
the plan and the earliest day on which a plan participation can begin).
The system does not allow enrollment in the plan.
Remove the plan &V1& from the selection or make sure that the employee
does not select this plan before the eligibility date. If you are sure
that the employee should be eligible for this plan on &V3&, check the
eligibility rule setup.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
