    The employee does not have a valid infotype (0002) record.

    A form needs to read the gender key and marital status from this
    infotype in order to fill a structure.
    Benefits features requiring this information for enrollment then read
    this structure. The features were unable to find this information and
    therefore this error was caused.

    How to fix this error?

    Check that the employee has an infotype (0002) record which begins on
    or before the employee enrollment period.
    Check that the infotype record contains correct entries in the fields
    gender key and marital status.
