the report should process. In addition to the simple selection

Search help
Selection ID
In this way, you can reduce the number of personnel numbers to be
processed from the beginning and shorten the runtime of the report. You
cannot howver combine the functions mentioned above. You can only use
one of these functions at any one time. If you want to change function,
you must delete the previously used function.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
