The system does not allow to add such steps twice. Therefore the process
cannot be finalized.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Configuration IDs with time constraints different than '3' must not
exist twice in roadmap forms.
The source of the problem might be one of the following:
The roadmap form is configured to include the configuration ID; the same
configuration ID is added by a dynamic processing rule.
The roadmap form does not include the configuration ID, but there are
two dynamic processing rules which both add the same configuration ID.
Note: When defining dynamic processing rules, you can use general fields
like $PROCESS, $FORM_SCENARIO, $MASSN to detect the process the dynamic
processing is running in.
