  • What causes this issue?

The value of SAP profile parameter 'rdisp/wp_auto_restart' has been
set too small. This parameter should be at least 3600
(specified in seconds, i.e. 1 hour).
The SAP profile parameter 'rdisp/wp_auto_restart' defines the period
in which dialog work processes (and also background work processes as
of version 3.1G) can be started up automatically (to clean up the
    SAP statement cache).

    How to fix this error?

Change the value of 'rdisp/wp_auto_restart' to at least 3600 in the SAP
profile using the R/3 profile maintenance transaction.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

CAUTION: The change only becomes active when the R/3 instance is
    started up.
Also look at the detailed Note 53050.
