    The gateway could not be shut down, because there are still active
    connections.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    If the gateway must definately be shutdown,
    you have to either use the function module
    GWY_HARDSHUTDOWN, or select the option, "Hard Shutdown",
    from the gateway monitor menu.

    System Response

    The gateway is shutting down and, if it is not a standalone gateway, it
    will be restarted.
