  • What causes this issue?

    You are attempting to delete transaction data from ledger &V1&.
    However, this function only enables you to delete the following data:
    Planning data
    Actual data from rollup ledgers in General Ledger Accounting

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to delete actual data from regular (i.e. non-rollup) ledgers
    , you must reset the transaction data of the company code. To do this,
    go into Customizing for Financial Accounting (New) and choose
    <LS>General
    Ledger Accounting (New) -> Preparation for Productive Start -> Deleting
    Test Data -> Delete Transaction Data ->
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFORFBOBR1DTBN>Delete Company Code Data</>.
