What causes this issue?

The variable &V1& is replaced by an entered value or by your default
value. This leads to a set line containing an invalid interval. The
lower limit (&V3&) is greater than the upper limit (&V4&).

System Response

The system cancels replacement of variables with values.

How to fix this error?

If the error is caused by an entered value, choose a permitted value.
If the default value of the variables causes the error, change the
default value or remove the variable from set &V2& or from the Report
Painter report definition.
