Go to <DS:TRAN.GMGRANT>Maintain Grant Master Data</>.
Specify grant &V1&.
Go to the <zk>Budget</> tab and check the validity date numbers
If everything seems correct, press the <zk>Validate</> button in order
to see any possible error.
