    perform status related functions. Normally, a grant is in one of the
    following predefined states:
    I5613 Initial draft
    I5614 Proposal
    I5615 Application
    I5616 Award
    I5618 Closing
    I5617 Closed

    How to fix this error?

    The grant must be assigned a valid status number.

    the grant. The field GMGR-LIFECYCLE_STATUS should contain one of the
    above permissible statuses (I5613 through I5617).
