What causes this issue?

You have saved a text for a report.

System Response

The text is not yet saved in the database, but is only stored in a main
storage area.
The text can only be stored together with the report that has just been
edited.

How to fix this error?

If you exit the text maintenance (functions: back, exit and cancel),
the text will only be saved in the database if you also save the report
for which the text was created. Otherwise, your text changes will be
lost.
