What causes this issue?

It is only advisable to use the 'Breakdown group' function if the report
is started with a group. If you set the indicator, an individual report
will be created for each entry in your group. If you group has a
hierarchical structure, the system will also create reports for the
nodes in the hierarchy structure.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove the indicator if you want to start the report with an individual
report object.
