  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The Report Writer can simultaneously read and process data from several
tables for one report. Each key figure refers to either one or more
tables; the key figures used in the report determine from which tables
the data is to be read. There are, however, calculated key figures
which are assigned to a structure and whose value is first calculated
    when you run the report.
In the present case, the report contains only key figures calculated in
this manner. Therefore, the Report Writer cannot determine from which
tables the data should be read.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

You have the possiblity of assigning the tables to be read to the
calculated key figures. If you are dealing with SAP standard delivered
key figures (which is normally the case), please call the hotline and
cite which key figures are used in your report.
Technical Note: Key figures are defined in Table T804B. In addition to
the structure and value field, you can also there store the tables to
be read without a value field.
