Message text: Invalid indicators: no hierarchy explosion for fixed set
If the 'Fix' indicator is flagged for a set, the system generates
reports for this set only. If you set the 'Hierarchy' indicator, the
system generates reports for the set you have entered, as well as for
all the sets at lower levels in the hierarchy. You cannot therefore
set both indicators at the same time.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
