    The detail plannings can only be copied if the following conditions are
    fulfilled:
    Reference and target fiscal year must be the same
    All periods must be copied, that is, you cannot restrict the selection
    to individual periods.
    Exchange rate type and value date of the reference and target version
    must be identical.
    The copying activity in question is a 1:1 copy.
    Copying on a 1:1 basis means that planning was copied from a reference
    cost center to the same target cost center.
    Note: Condition &V1& is not fulfilled.
