During transport, the deletion of a set has not been successful. The
set is being used.
SYSTEM_RESPONSE&
The set is not deleted - transport itself continues to be carried out.
WHAT_TO_DO&
Ascertain where the set is used.
To do this, run transaction GS03 and follow the menu path Utilities ->
Set usage.
Check whether the transport can be restarted and repeat it if possible.
Alternatively, transport the set deletion at a later date.
