The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Distinguish the following two situations:
The value &V2& exists, but not in conjunction with the value or values
of the independent &V3& field.
The value &V2& does not exist.
In either case, you will have to change the entry for the &V1& field or
the &V3& field.
