Error message or warning (with log)

    How to fix this error?

Please correct the errors. Call up the log for the breakdown check by
selecting the "Error log" menu option, and modify (in Master Data
Maintenance) the breakdown categories for the listed FS items so that
    they are compatible.
In this context, compatible is defined as follows:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    for higher-level FS items:
The number of breakdowns allowed for higher-level items must always be
a portion (but not all) of the breakdowns allowed for the current FS
item. Furthermore, the breakdown type of each subassignment of the
upper level item may not have more restrictions as that of the current
    item.
    for lower-level FS items:
The number of breakdowns allowed for lower-level items must always
include all of the breakdowns allowed for the current FS item.
Furthermore, the breakdown type of each subassignment of the current
item may not have more restrictions as that of the lower-level item.
