SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: GI - FI-SL update

  • Message number: 726

  • Message text: Caution when making a selection using a CElem or a CCode - see long text!

  • Show details Hide details
  • You want to select CO-documents using a cost element or company code.
Please note that the cost element or company code can change
from one document line to another within a CO-document. For example,
if you selected 400000 for cost element, all CO-documents in which the
cost element 400000 appears in any document line would be transferred
into FI-SL; not just the lines that actually contain the cost element
400000. (A document must always be transferred in its entirety.)
If you only want to transfer lines with the selected cost elements, you
must also install a ledger selection.
The same is true when selecting company code.
