  • What causes this issue?

    The FI-LC component (consolidation) is mainly responsible for
    maintaining the data in the current view. You can therefore only
    include new entries here and must not change existing entries.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Note the above requirements. The version data can be maintained in the
    consolidation configuration menu. The transaction code for this is
    'OC14'. However, you must ensure that no overlaps occur with
    consolidation and that you do not change any of the data required in
    consolidation.
