    How to fix this error?

Check the selections made at the beginning with regard to the
data to be archived. This can carried out, for example, using the
    "Ledger statistic" transaction.
Note: All data to be archived must have an equivalent in customizing!
For example, records posted to ledger XY, version '003' after the
assignment of version '003' to ledger XY has been deleted from the
"Ledger statistic" can still be entered, however, not by archiving.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
