</> and <ZH>ACCTIT</> structures when you call up a substitution.
<DS:TX.ACC_CO_LIST>Alphabetical list</> of all the fields not filled by
CO internal postings.
If you use the <CO</> component, make sure that you are not using any
of the fields listed in the table in your substitution.
