As you do not have the required authorization your attempt was
rejected.
To transport validations from the authorization group &V1&, you will
need to acquire the following from your system administrator:
if your system includes the Accounting component, authorization for the
object 'G_ADMI_CUS', activity '08'
if your system does not include the Accounting component, authorization
for the object 'G_GB93_', authorization group &V1& or '*', activity
'21'
