- Ensure that the created activity types are assigned to the relevant cost centers or internal orders. This can be done in the same configuration area.
Check Configuration:
- Verify that the activity types are correctly configured and that they are active. You can check this in the same configuration path mentioned above.
Authorization Check:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to access and use the activity types. This may involve checking user roles and authorizations in the user management area.
Review Controlling Area Settings:
