Message text: Dimension &1 has &2 document types for realtime updating (specify)
As a rule, exactly one document type for realtime update is created per
dimension. If a dimension has more than one such document type, the
system uses the one that has the lowest ID alphabetically. Dimension
&V1& has &V2& document types for realtime updates.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Specify which document type is to be used for deleting the
realtime-update documents. Check if there is a possibility that --
after the documents have been deleted -- you can do without certain
document types, which presently exist in dimension &V1& for realtime
updates. If there are, delete these document types in
<DS:TRAN.CXEO>Customizing of Consolidation</>.

G3633
- Dimension &1 has &2 document types for realtime updating (specify) ?The SAP error message G3633 indicates that there is an issue with the configuration of document types for real-time updating in the system. This error typically arises when the system encounters a situation where a specific dimension (like a cost center, profit center, etc.) has more than one document type assigned for real-time updating, which is not allowed.

Solution:
Check Configuration:
- Go to the configuration settings for the specific dimension in question. This can typically be found in the SAP Customizing Implementation Guide (IMG) under the relevant module (e.g., Controlling, Financial Accounting).
- Look for the settings related to document types and real-time updating.
Remove Redundant Document Types:
- Identify the document types that are assigned to the dimension and determine which one should be retained for real-time updating.
- Remove the additional document types that are not needed for real-time updating.
Testing:
- After making the necessary changes, perform tests to ensure that the error no longer occurs and that the real-time updating functionality works as expected.
Consult Documentation:
- Refer to SAP documentation or help notes related to the specific module you are working with for more detailed guidance on configuring document types and real-time updating.
