  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

In the global parameters, you want to change the consolidation version
from the current value &V1& to the new value &V2&.
Version &V2& is an extension version of reference version &V1&. You can
only start the data monitor for reference version &V1&.
When you execute a task in the data monitor, the system processes the
task both in the current version and in all extension versions. If task
processing results in errors in the extension versions but not in the
explicitly executed version, the system changes the status of the task
to <LS>Task: Error in Extension Version</>.
If you activate menu entry <LS>Tasks -> Last Log </> in the data
monitor, the system displays the task logs for the current version as
well as the extension versions in the list of task logs.

    System Response

The system prevents changing of the consolidation version in the global
parameters to the new value &V2&.

    How to fix this error?

You can only change the version in the global parameters to the new
value &V2& outside the data monitor. The data monitor is <ZH>not</>
    available for version &V2&.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
