recorded FS item has a required breakdown by a characteristic that is
not contained in the table structure.
These data records cannot be corrected for now.
In order to restore consistency, to these items you need to assign
breakdown categories that have breakdowns only by characteristics that
are reflected in the given table.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed.
