  • What causes this issue?

The data monitor (or the period) should be closed.
As the quantity of tasks (from task group &V1&) are only a partial
quantity of all tasks to be executed in dimension &V2&, version &V3&
and period &V4&, closing the data monitor (or the period) is not
    possible in this monitor display:
In dimension &V2& all relevant tasks have not been executed and blocked
yet. The displayed overall status only refers to the displayed quantity
    of tasks.
If the possibility existed here, to close the data monitor or the
period, in a more global monitor display, you would be forced to cancel
the requested function for the execution of the remaining tasks.
Therefore this function is only available when all tasks to be executed
    in the dimension are blocked.
