  • What causes this issue?

    Ledger &V1& begins with a number, and therefore is in SAP's name space.
    Ledgers delivered by SAP should not be used in a live Consolidation
    environment.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Specify a ledger that is within the customer's name space.

    If needed, create a new ledger in the Self-Service Configuration in the
    Define Consolidation Ledger work step.
    When creating your own ledger, ensure that you use the prefix C in
    accordance with the naming convention.

    If needed, go to Customizing of Consolidation and create a new ledger.
    There you can use &V1& as the reference ledger.
    If you have already made ledger-related settings in Customizing, or you
    have posted to ledger &V1&, you can convert this data for the new ledger
    using program FICRLD00. See SAP Note 127085.
