  • What causes this issue?

You started a flexible upload to import financial data stored in a
Microsoft Access file using the offline data entry program.
The upload cannot find the field '&V1&' specified in the internal
declaration of the file structre. Nor can a corresponding field in the
flexible upload be found using the data element '&V2&'.
This is probably due to an error in the program. (Reference structures
in SAP Dictionary: Flexible upload &V4&&V3&)

    System Response

    Program terminated

    How to fix this error?

Please report the error to SAP.
You can only rerun the flexible upload for financial data entered in
Access once the error has been corrected.
This error does not affect flexible uploads for which you explicitly
specify an upload method (program FICUPL00).
