  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

&V3& &V4& is assigned to interunit elimination task &V1& in task
version &V2& for a certain period of time. However, &V3& &V4& does not
exist in the target dimension. The assignment is therefore invalid in
    that dimension.

    System Response

Task &V1& will be copied but the period-dependent assignment of method
and document type will not be simultaneously copied for task version
    &V2&.

    How to fix this error?

If you still want to use task &V1& with task version &V2&, you need to
enter the missing assignments in the target dimension.
You can only make an identical copy of the source dimension by copying
&V3& &V4&. You can do this by rerunning the copy program (after it has
already been run in update mode). You need to make the following
    settings on the selection screen:
Select &V3& &V4& in addition to the previous settings.
Select the indicator "Existing settings: Do not change".
Alternatively, you can manually assign a method and document type &V1&
in Consolidation Customizing. Before you do this, you need to switch to
the target dimension by changing the global parameters.
