  • What causes this issue?

    You have requested to create payment advice for a line code which
    already had been processed in this session. No new payment advice are
    created for this selected line. To prevent the accidental creation of
    duplicate advice, the processing prevents the creation of additional
    advice for selected lines which display that an advice id number has
    already been created.

    System Response

    The user cannot create additional advice for the line number until the
    entry screen is refreshed.

    How to fix this error?

    If you wish to create duplicate advice for the selected line, please
    choose the clear icon to refresh the display. The targeted line can
    then be processed again by specifying an amount, selecting the line and
    choosing to generate advice.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
