    According to the

    is used.
    This functionality requires to keep the interface entries for further
    processing and hence the entries are not deleted according to the
    defined selection screen options only but the customizing settings are
    considered as well.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The system applies two additional checks:
    whether or not the order proposal information has been transferred
    already (Status = 'T')
    whether or not the order date of the order proposal items exceeded the
    defined retention period

    How to fix this error?

    The system will delete the order proposal items according to the defined
    retention period.
