What causes this issue?

Due to activation of the business function ERP_CVP_ILM_1 or BUPA_ILM_BF
and the related blocking function, the personal data cannot be displayed
completely.

System Response

Only a line item list in which the personal data is partly masked can be
output. Reporting data cannot be generated.

How to fix this error?

The program has to be executed by a user with sufficient authorization.
