  • What causes this issue?

    Regardless if a field is in a table body cell or not, if it has a
    caption with/out an alternative text, the Screen Reader precedence shall
    not be set to Name nor to None. Setting to Name will cause Screen reader
    to read only the technical name instead of the caption or the
    alternative text (if maintained). Setting to None will cause Screen
    Reader not to read the caption nor the alternative text (if maintained).

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    The following changes can be performed automatically right on the form
    design. To do this, run the update with the Template Updater and then
    select the appropriate update item.
    If the field has a caption with/out alternative text, the Screen Reader
    precedence has to be set to Custom Text, regardless if it is in a table
    body cell or not
