What causes this issue?

[0004] Fields without caption and without alternative text must have the
Screen Reader Precedence set to "None". In Case an alternative text is
maintained, the SRP shall be set either to "Custom Text" or "ToolTip".
For fields with caption and with/out alternative text, the Screen Reader
Precedence must not be set to "None" or "Name".
Setting Screen Reader precedence to "Name" is not allowed by static text
or by field whether a caption is available or not.
Please note that this check is not applied on barcodes, images and
floating fields.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For the fields without caption, set the Screen Reader Precedence to
"None" if no alternative text is maintained. In case an alternative text
is maintained, make sure it is set either to "Custom Text" or "Tool
Tip".
For fields with caption and without alternative text, it is preferable
to have the Screen Reader Precedence set to "Caption". However, setting
to "Custom Text" and "Tooltip" is also acceptable. For fields with
caption but with alternative text, set the Screen Reader Precendence to
"Custom Text" or "Tooltip". Always include in your alternative text the
caption of the field.
For static text with/out alternative text please set the Screen Reader
precedence to "Custom text".
In any case, it is not allowed to set the Screen Reader Precedence to
"Name".
