    [0003] All fields with a caption must not have an alternative text,
    unless the caption is an abbreviation or not meaningful. This
    alternative text must be its equivalent description.

    "Caption"; otherwise, delete the caption and set the Screen Reader

    meaningful. Make sure the Screen Reader precedence is set either to
    "Custom Text" or "Tool Tip". The alternative text must be the equivalent
