"Caption"; otherwise, delete the caption and set the Screen Reader
precedence to "Custom Text" if you have a custom text or to "Tool Tip"
if you have a tool tip.
Ignore this message if the caption contains an abbreviation or is not
meaningful. Make sure the Screen Reader precedence is set either to
"Custom Text" or "Tool Tip". The alternative text must be the equivalent
description of the caption. For e.g. in the case of a button-like link,
the alternative text shall identify the target of the link.
