    The <DS:SIMG.FMBCS_FMRBDERIRO>derivation strategy for RIB objects</>
    derived a commitment item with <DS:DE.FM_POTYP>commitment item category
    </> <LB>&V1&</>. This value is not permitted: the commitment item must
    have the same commitment item category as the original budget address
    that the RIB object is derived from. This original budget address,
    however, has commitment item category <LB>&V2&</>.
