Message text: Inconsistency between RIB rule and cover group definition
An RIB rule has been found for <DS><DS:DE.BURB_RBBLDNR>RIB ledger</></>
&V1&, which is based on the RIB object &V2&&V3&. However, the revenue
cover group &V4& also exists, which contains the same budget address (
&V2&&V3&) as RIB source address, but is not used for the definition of
the RIB rule.
The RIB rule is inconsistent. If the RIB rule is a new rule you wish to
create, or if you try to create the revenue cover group &V4& or an RIB
rule based on it, the system stops the creation of the new RIB rule or
of the revenue cover group &V4&.
Change or delete the RIB rule, if it has already been created, or delete
the revenue cover group &V4&.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
