category for RIB</> &V2&.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If applicable, either choose another amount for the surplus budget
address, increase the budget of another receiving expenditure budget
address (normal budget receiver), or specify another RIB object (or
source address of the RIB document) corresponding to another RIB rule.
