    The layout &V1& is not consistent because it contains at least two entry
    columns with different <DS:DE.BUKU_VALTYPE>BCS value types</> (budget
    and release). However, you cannot simultaneously work with only budgeted
    <ZK>and </>released budget data. This can only be done in separate
    budgeting phases.
