    The hierarchy document &V1& contains at least one line without
    distributed amount. We cannot migrate FBS docuemnt for which we do not
    know which are the amounts to migrate (as of course it should not be the
    full annual amount for each line but a delta calculation between annual
    amount and distributed amount).

    If you really need the information contained in this kind of document
    you could directly create it using the Budgeting Workbech (FMBB) or the
    BAPI_0050_CREATE.
