  • What causes this issue?

The node &V3&&V4& (hierarchical part, with node identifier &V2&) is a
    leaf node for the <DS:DE.FMHIE_HIE_ID>hierarchy ID</> &V1&.
Since the node &V3&&V4& is already used for posting and the following
<ZK>PA definition rule</> is used for the hierarchy ID &V1&: <ZH>Only
Leaf Addresses in Hierarchy are Valid Posting Addresses</>, adding
subordinate nodes leads to inconsistencies, because the hierarchy node
&V3&&V4& will no longer be a leaf node.

    System Response

Subordinate nodes for the hierarchy node &V3&&V4& (hierarchical part)
may not be added to the multi-level budget structure.

    How to fix this error?

Only add subordinate nodes to leaf nodes not already used for posting.
