    You want to add the node &V3&&V4& (hierarchical part, with node
    identifier &V2&) to the multi-level budget structure for hierarchy ID
    &V1&.
    However, the <ZK>next sibling</> definition of this new hierarchy node
    is invalid: the next sibling does not exist under the specified parent
    node, neither in the list of new nodes to be added, nor in the existing
    multi-level budget structure.

    Change the next sibling definition for the hierarchy node &V3&&V4&
    (hierarchical part).
