    entered for this budget address, the budget address was then removed
    from this cover group.

    System Response

    The application data entered for budget address &V2&&V3& is now wrongly
    assigned to cover group &V4&.

    How to fix this error?

    Add the budget address &V2&&V3& to cover group &V4& again or reconstruct
    the availability control ledger &V1& using transaction
    <DS:TRAN.FMAVCREINIT>FMAVCREINIT</>.
